Job Summary Responsible for managing end-to-end inbound and outbound shipment operations, ensuring full visibility of shipment flows against plan, and maintaining accountability across carriers and suppliers. Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Shipment Management Coordinate and execute all inbound and outbound shipment activities in alignment with the supply plan Liaise with internal stakeholders (planning, procurement, warehouse) to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and Sanofi's internal procedures Manage shipment priorities and communicate proactively with relevant teams in the event of changes to the plan Shipment Visibility & Reporting Monitor and track all active shipments in real time against the agreed delivery plan Maintain end-to-end visibility on all transportation movements from external warehouses to the Sanofi site, ensuring goods-in-transit status is always tracked Proactively monitor and report on transit milestones — including pick-up confirmation, in-transit updates, estimated arrival, and delivery confirmation — for all external warehouse-to-site movements Identify and escalate any transit risks or delays that may impact site operations or production…
