Work Schedule Standard office hours, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Workplace / Facilities Management Personnel to oversee and lead day-to-day facilities operations within a corporate office environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workplace experience, vendor management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace while delivering exceptional service to senior leadership and employees . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations for a corporate office environment/ Data Centre. Ensure workplace services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Manage and oversee facility maintenance programs, repairs, office infrastructure, and workplace services. Supervise and develop a team of facilities personnel, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and contract compliance. Monitor facilities budgets, operating expenses, and procurement activities to achieve cost-effective operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including office leadership, department heads, and regional teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related matters and provide high-quality client-facing support. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience, operational efficiency, and service standards. Ensure business continuity, emergency preparedness, health & safety compliance, and risk management protocols are effectively implemented. Support workplace projects, office reconfigurations, space planning, and future workplace transformation initiatives. Requirements Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) are preferred but not mandatory. Experience 5–12 years of relevant facilities management experience. Experience managing facilities within a corporate office/ Data Centre environment. Experience supervising small teams (approximately 2–8 employees). Strong client-facing and service-oriented approach with the ability to balance operational and stakeholder management responsibilities. Skills & Competencies Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including regular engagement with senior leadership and C-suite executives. Good leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. Sound understanding of workplace health & safety, compliance, and risk management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
