Loan Processing / Testing Support (6-Month Contract | Bank)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support both operational testing / validation activities and business-as-usual loan processing operations. This role will be involved in testing initiatives for automation and AI-driven projects, while also ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of loan processing activities across secured and unsecured lending products. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAT / functional testing, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of loan operations, documentation checks, and pre-disbursement processes. Key Responsibilities 1) Operational Testing & Validation Validate test outputs generated through automation and AI solutions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with Operations, Business, and Technology teams to support testing cycles and issue resolution. Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and operational requirements. Perform functional testing, document test outcomes, log defects, and track resolution progress using tools such as JIRA. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement during testing activities, and contribute recommendations to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness. Support testing and validation activities for strategic transformation initiatives, including the Mortgage Agentic AI project. 2) Loan Operations & Processing (BAU) Perform pre-disbursement and pre-processing activities for Auto Loans, ensuring timely and accurate execution in accordance with internal procedures. Review and process loan documentation for secured loans, non-mortgage loans, and mortgage loans, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal credit, operational, and regulatory requirements.
