About this role

Reporting into the Supply Chain Services Manager, Supply Chain Services Team is responsible for the design, deployment and adherence to key systems, tools and processes used by our client’s Global Supply Chain Teams. As a key member of this dedicated team, you’ll play a vital role in managing and enhancing these systems and processes, ensuring that they effectively empower our client’s Global Supply Chain operations. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the seamless operation and improvement of our client’s Supply Chain Services Programs. Reporting directly to Supply Chain Services as an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and advancing our client’s applications. Job Responsibilities Maintenance and Support • Develop new and maintain or update existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows for peak performance. • Keep a close eye on application health, addressing issues swiftly and implementing enhancements. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement, ensuring accuracy in data and reports. Issue Resolution • Provide expert assistance to associates using Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI, and SharePoint. • Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly, documenting solutions for future reference. User Training and Documentation • Empower associates by training them on Supply Chain tools and applications. • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and conduct training sessions to ensure user proficiency. Collaboration • Work closely with the Program Lead to align on application requirements and updates. • Participate in team meetings, contributing to the enhancement of processes and tools. Compliance • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Innovative approach to solving complex enterprise challenges. • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. • Meticulous approach to data accuracy and application performance. • Good foundational skills in HTML/CSS. • Deep understanding of best practices in database management. • Skills in SQL DB, Data Engineering, Data Analytics & python programming. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. • Solid grasp of analytical tools. • Quick learner, adept at adjusting to new technologies and requirements. • Knowledge of key business processes within supply chain is a plus.
