Assistant Manager/ Manager, Design (CaaS, Chiller, Air-Con, SCEM) Company highlights Be an expert of Sustainable solutions of CaaS Market leader of cooling as a Service in Asia Job stability for long-term career growth About the role Responsible for leading the design and optimisation of efficient, cost-effective ACMV (chiller plant & airside) systems to support project acquisition and delivery, while ensuring sustainability and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments Develop and optimise system designs, equipment sizing, and configurations Perform energy simulations to evaluate efficiency, cost, and performance Support Business Development with technical solutions for tenders and proposals Lead Green Mark gap analysis and drive certification strategies Manage regulatory approvals, submissions, and grant applications Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, projects, and operations Engage stakeholders including clients, authorities, and senior management Drive design excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement (Senior level) Lead and mentor local & regional design teams Requirements Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or sustainability 5–10 years of experience (depending on seniority), with team leadership for senior roles Certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, SCEM ( GMAP/GMAAP advantageous ) Excellent expertise in ACMV design, energy optimisation, and simulation tools Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills If you are interested in this opportunity, submit your application now to find out more about this position.
