Warehouse Assistant (2 Years Contract/ Pharma) 24-Month Contract Location: Tuas Up to $3,800 depending on experience Industry: Pharmaceutical IMMEDIATE VACANCY Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform accurate and efficient picking of materials from warehouse racks Execute receiving of inbound materials and verify against supporting documentation Carry out outbound activities including preparation and dispatch of materials Apply labelling on materials and products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform waste handling and disposal in compliance with HSE and GMP requirements Conduct sanitization of materials as per standard operating procedure Work in a cleanroom environment following gowning and hygiene protocols Operate electric lifting aids (e.g., electric pallet jacks, electric stackers) safely and responsibly Support general warehouse operations including inventory management and cycle counts Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and Sanofi quality standards always Report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances to the supervisor promptly Maintain housekeeping of work area.
