About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Rooms Department in Singapore, the Airport Representative is responsible in ensuring that all hotel guests with transportation arrangements, flight details are recognized and assisted at the airport. This applies to both arriving and departing guests who will receive attentive service which includes luggage assistance, the processing of GST refund at Changi airport and the provision of relevant airline information. Additionally, the airport representative acts as the hotel's ambassador at the airport and is knowledgeable about the hotel rooms, facilities and services according to the hotels operational standards. The Airport Representative reports to the Concierge Manager. As Airport Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties: Excels in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to all guests.
