Associate Analyst/Analyst, Campaign Analytics

Key tasks include analyzing member behavior in response to offers, estimating future campaign expenses, and designing and automating analytical reports and dashboards. Candidates should possess a degree in an analytical field and have 1 to 2 years of experience for the Associate Analyst level, or 2 to 4 years/a Master's degree for the Analyst level in business or marketing analytics. Proficiency in programming tools like SAS, SQL, R, or Python, along with data visualization skills (preferably Tableau), is required.
