Production & Planning Specialist, MICE AV Services

This role involves leading the MICE Technical team in planning, production, and operation for all events, while also controlling team expenses and managing the upselling of AV/Utility services. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and presenting AV stage productions, managing technical service delivery, and coordinating with customers and internal departments. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AV production and technical work coordination, including experience in valuations, operations, and AV stage production. Required education is a Nitec in Electrical Technology (Lighting & Sound) or equivalent, or a Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology or Media Post-Production or equivalent.
