Company Overview MARINEAID AND ENGINEERING PTE LTD, established in 1993, serves major Singapore shipyards including ST Engineering Marine and Seatrium Group. We specialize in marine electrical engineering, distributing GRINDEX and PRORIL pump products with a skilled sales and technical support team. Job Summary You will manage project requirements and technical scopes by liaising with customers and teams, preparing quotations and service reports, and sourcing spare parts to support vessel construction, repair, and upgrading projects. Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and team members to clarify and align on project requirements and technical job scopes Conduct on-site meetings with customers to discuss project progress and technical details Analyze and communicate technical aspects of vessel construction, repair, and upgrading projects to ensure accurate execution Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, and submissions to support project acquisition and execution Compile comprehensive service reports documenting project activities and outcomes Source and procure spare parts required for project completion, ensuring timely availability Adapt effectively to the shipyard working environment to maintain productivity and safety Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience and knowledge of vessel new construction, repair, and upgrading works Competency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare documentation and reports Valid driving license (advantageous for site visits and logistics) Ability to adapt to shipyard working conditions Preferably residing in the western region of Singapore ITE or Diploma graduate in relevant electrical or mechanical engineering courses Relevant working experience in marine or engineering projects Other Information Salary $3,000 to $4,000 depending on relevant experience ---
