Marine Commercial Manager (Subsea Robotics)

We are pleased to be supporting a pioneering maritime technology company in the search for a Marine Commercial Manager for cutting-edge autonomous subsea robotics solutions that help shipowners and managers improve vessel efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, protect hull coatings, and support decarbonisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers across the maritime sector. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through to contract negotiation and closing. Promote innovative maritime technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with technical directors, fleet managers, and key decision-makers. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools. Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. About You Eligible to work in Singapore Proven experience in B2B sales within the maritime or offshore industry. Background in marine engineering, coatings inspection, classification societies, or related technical disciplines is advantageous. Established network within the shipowner, ship management, or wider maritime community. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
