Scope of Work The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within the Attack Simulation Group, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming and Bespoke Assessments. The role includes managing project timelines, schedules and logistics to support the timely and efficient delivery of services. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to allocate resources, track project progress and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards. The Project Manager will also manage project budgets, monitor costs and ensure efficient resource utilisation. Other responsibilities include managing the tools and technologies required for project delivery, maintaining project documentation, communicating updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve team processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Oversee the execution of Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming and Bespoke Assessment projects. Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines. Coordinate and schedule resources based on project requirements. Logistical Coordination Coordinate project logistics, including tool setup, environment preparation and client arrangements. Identify potential project roadblocks and work with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly. Budget and Cost Management Manage project budgets and monitor project-related expenditure. Track resource allocation and ensure that projects are delivered cost-effectively. Tool and Technology Management Manage the tools and technologies required for project delivery, including licensing, renewals, usage and associated costs. Assess and recommend improvements or new tools where appropriate. Stakeholder Communication Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements. Communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, deliverables and progress reports. Ensure that project records comply with applicable organisational standards. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, team efficiency and service delivery. Implement practical measures to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables. Required Skillsets Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity, technology or IT consulting. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience in budget planning, cost monitoring and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming and Purple Teaming. Experience managing software tools, licensing, renewals and associated costs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Singapore Citizen. Experience Level Expectations: Consultant: At least 4 years but less than 7 years of relevant experience; or Senior Consultant: At least 7 years of relevant experience Contract Period: 1 year
