🚀 Software Engineer (Full Stack) — AI & Data | HDB Build the systems that power AI for 1 million+ Singaporean households. The Role: HDB's AI and Data Department is expanding, and we need a Full Stack Software Engineer who can bridge cutting-edge AI with production-grade engineering. You'll design, build, and deploy the software infrastructure that turns machine learning models and generative AI into real-world solutions for public housing. This isn't just another dev role. You'll work alongside data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows — then ship them to production at scale.\ What You'll Do: 🛠️ Build Production AI Systems - Design and maintain web applications, APIs, backend services, and frontends that power HDB's AI and data science solutions across the agency. 🤖 Integrate Modern AI Technologies - Work with LLMs, retrieval systems, vector databases, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph) to build scalable AI applications. ☁️ Engineer for the Cloud - Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines. 📚 Accelerate AI Delivery - Build reusable frameworks, internal libraries, and developer tools that raise the bar for AI engineering across HDB. 🔧 Own Operational Excellence - Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed systems for performance, security, and reliability. What You Need Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
