If that's you, read more below: What you'll own: 🎯 End-to-End Delivery — Lead systems analysis, design, and implementation from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and secure. 🔗 Integration at Scale — Oversee seamless interoperability between HDB's internal systems and whole-of-government platforms like Singpass , Corppass , and GovTech services . ✅ Quality Assurance — Drive UAT and ensure every release meets business requirements and public-sector standards. 👨‍🏫 Technical Leadership — Mentor project teams, guide architecture decisions, and champion continuous improvement in IT practices. 📋 Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Manage external system integrators and align diverse business units behind a single delivery roadmap. 📊 Documentation & Governance — Own BRDs, functional specs, system designs, and test plans that stand up to audit and outlast any single project. What you bring: ✅ 5+ years in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related fields — ideally in large enterprise or public sector ✅ Hands-on technical depth — Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web/object-oriented frameworks ✅ Full SDLC mastery — Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid; you adapt the methodology to the mission ✅ Government digital services experience — familiarity with Singapore's whole-of-government IT frameworks is a strong plus ✅ Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related discipline ✅ Certifications (PMP, CITPM, etc.) — advantageous but not a dealbreaker for proven performers ✅ Team player DNA — you take initiative, lift others up, and deliver with a positive attitude Why join us?
