About this role

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations Log, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service quality Process transactions, bookings, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner Follow up proactively with customers to confirm resolution, ensure satisfaction, and build lasting positive relationships Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant departments with clear context and appropriate urgency Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, customer interaction logs, and service documentation Support service recovery efforts by identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending practical improvements Collect and consolidate customer feedback to identify trends and contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and uphold consistent service standards across all touchpoints Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Patient, professional, and solutions-focused with the ability to stay composed under pressure Able to multitask effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-facing service environment EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
