Trade Executive (Intra Asia)

About the Role: Based at MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Trade Executive (Intra Asia) will be part of the Trade Management Team, supporting the development and performance of MSC’s Intra Asia trade. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and senior management, focusing on trade performance, capacity management, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities: Trade Management • Support the Trade Manager on Intra Asia trade development • Prepare contract fulfillment and competitors' analysis reports • Compile booking evolution and analysis reports Customer Care • Consolidate forecasts and support space management • Support the preparation of customer reports and performance reviews Product Management • Maintain tariff and One Vision updates • Support routing set‑up and transit time management • Assist with capacity management and space utilization monitoring • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support trade service performance Requirements: • Degree qualification, preferably in Maritime, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to multitask and prioritise critical tasks accordingly • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Meticulous and detail‑oriented with a strong belief in teamwork Job Application: Interested applicants may click Apply Now and submit your updated resume, together with your last drawn and/or expected salary.
