Investment Banking Associate – Equity Capital Markets (Ecm)

Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Regional Investment Banking & Advisory team. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of ECM and corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, equity fundraising and advisory mandates. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, valuation analyses and financial models. Conduct company, industry and market research to support transaction execution. Assist in due diligence, transaction documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) is highly preferred. Alternatively, at least 3 years of experience in Equity Sales or Equity Research within an investment bank or securities firm. Strong financial modelling, valuation and corporate finance knowledge. Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or a related discipline. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
