Programme Co-Ordinator

The Programme Coordinator is responsible to perform coordination, logistical and delivery duties for MYMCA outreach programmes and services, and support other related activities. Key Responsibilities Performs stock management for effective programme operations. Coordinates with stakeholders (e.g., Vendors, Partners, Beneficiaries) to ensure stocks are delivered accordingly Assists in logistics delivery for various programmes and events as needed in the association. Drives staff / staff / delegates / volunteers / beneficiaries to and fro event venues where necessary Supports in the Association’s corporate events (driving and logistical support) Ensures that Association van is well maintained Pre-requisition Minimum 4 GCE ‘O’ levels with credit in English Computer literate, especially in MS Office Good interpersonal skills Effectively bilingual and one of the dialects will be added advantage. Stock management knowledge an added advantage Class 3 License required Ability to plan route planning Good driving record
