You will be part of a team who is responsible for the planning, design, project implementation, operation and support of network infrastructure that provide end-users at different locations, with secure and reliable connectivity to organistion's wide range of applications and digital services. As a member of technically competent team, you will be involved in the delivery of various network solutions to address the long-term operational needs of the organisation, as well as ad-hoc requests from end-users. • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of organisation’s network infrastructures, from planning and design to implementation and operation. • Evaluate and implement new network solutions that enhance the capability, security, and manageability of network infrastructures. • Participate as a member of business-specific projects, to provide network consultancy and render technical support during project implementation. • Manage network infrastructure projects, which includes procuring network solutions, work with vendors to ensure timely completion of implementation works, engage stakeholders through presentations or reports to provide status updates. • Perform administration of network equipment, routers, firewalls, IDS, encryptors, DHCP, etc. • Respond to and resolve incidents related to network issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders on investigation findings and remediation actions taken. • Perform network monitoring, analyse utilisation trends, and provide evidence-based, data-driven recommendations to enhance network operation. • Perform firmware or software updates in accordance with change management procedures • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure operation and deployment • Cisco certifications in CCNA, CCNP or CCIE would be advantageous • Strong knowledge in various network technology for implementation of LAN, WAN, SDN, internet routing etc • Experienced in contract and vendor management • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills, and is able to present and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management • Highly committed and motivated individual who is willingly to work odd hours at times when required • Familiar with Government ICT environment, policies and standards • Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
