Assistant Finance Manager (Property Investments)

Job Description Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting group finance operations, with a focus on consolidation, reporting, and property-related finance activities. Key responsibilities include: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation across multiple entities Prepare concise, insightful management reports to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with IFRS and Singapore statutory requirements Partner with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on audit and compliance matters Support treasury, banking, and corporate governance-related activities Review tenancy agreements alongside stakeholders, ensuring commercial and financial accuracy Conduct tenant credit assessments and monitor financial risk exposure Supervise and develop junior finance team members Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives This is a hands-on role where you will balance operational execution with providing value-added insights to senior stakeholders.
