The Successful Applicant A successful IT PM/BA should have: Strong project management and business analysis skills, especially in the financial services industry. Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities effectively. Proficiency in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. A proven track record in delivering IT projects within budget and on schedule. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address challenges proactively.
