Job Description Conduct detailed industry and market research to support deal origination Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses Prepare client-ready presentations including pitchbooks and deal materials Support execution of M&A transactions and financing mandates Coordinate transaction processes with internal teams and external advisers Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on cross-border deals Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise Solid understanding of M&A processes and transaction execution Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders What's on Offer This role provides the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions within a globally respected financial institution.
