Job Description Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle processes across equity-linked products Monitor and ensure accurate transaction booking and reconciliation Identify operational risks and implement effective control measures Partner with front office, compliance, and middle office teams to resolve issues Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk Support reporting, metrics tracking, and compliance initiatives Manage exceptions and ensure timely resolution in line with market standards The Successful Applicant A successful Global Market Operations Analyst should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline Relevant experience in the banking and financial services industry Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
