Job Description Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and renovation projects, from tendering and design coordination through to execution and final handover. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost. Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise impact. Manage and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure alignment on design intent, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are consistently met. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management. Optimise resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors, to drive efficient project delivery. Review project outcomes and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for future projects. The Successful Applicant Diploma in Interior Design/ Construction Management A strong background in project management for fitting out projects Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
