Job Description Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations , including raising purchase orders from stakeholder requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and delivering value across APAC Partner closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand requirements, while shaping procurement approaches that leverage external vendors effectively Engage suppliers to source proposals and quotations , negotiating commercial terms to balance cost efficiency with service quality and delivery timelines Oversee the logistics and fulfilment of goods, proactively tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues Ensure all purchases meet organisational standards and adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements Collaborate with finance and suppliers on invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, timely payment, and resolution of discrepancies Support the Procurement Manager on both regional and global initiatives, including contributing to reporting and ad-hoc analysis The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or purchasing operations Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle processes, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier evaluation Experience in indirect categories such as technology, IT hardware or software.
