HR Generalist (1 Year Contract)

Job Description Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for both blue and white collared employees Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and policy guidance Ensure compliance with employment regulations and pass requirements Support employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary cases Drive engagement initiatives and analyse employee feedback for improvements Partner with managers on performance reviews, talent development, and decisions Prepare HR reports, manage invoices, and support HR transformation projects The Successful Applicant Has 2 years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance practices Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes Proven ability to engage stakeholders and advise line managers effectively Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Workday What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where HR is seen as a strategic partner.
