Job Description Develop and manage medium- to long-term workforce and staffing plans Align talent supply with project demand, sales pipeline, and growth priorities Partner with stakeholders to close staffing gaps and optimise deployment Drive utilisation, reduce bench time, and improve billable headcount efficiency Support pre-sales by identifying and positioning relevant talent profiles Maintain strong governance across staffing processes, tools, and data integrity Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D on hiring and upskilling plans The Successful Applicant Has 5 years experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing within technology or services environments Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilisation tracking and workforce metrics Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organisations with evolving priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data analysis Proficient in MS Office, advanced excel and ATS What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of talent strategy and business growth within a leading technology consulting environment.
