Job Description Oversee end-to-end payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Manage compensation and benefits operations including annual cycles and vendor partnerships Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and strengthen payroll controls and audit processes Act as subject matter expert for payroll, benefits, and policy advisory Own HRIS (Workday) operations, including data integrity, reporting, and system optimisation Lead process improvements and identify automation opportunities Provide guidance and oversight to a junior team member and support broader HR initiatives The Successful Applicant Has more than 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations in Singapore Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll with strong statutory compliance knowledge Solid background in compensation & benefits administration and vendor management Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP) Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities High attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity and risk Effective stakeholder management skills with a collaborative working style Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work with shared services Proficient in MS Office, VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
