Financial Analyst (6 Months Contract) - Telecommunications

Excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm for a Financial Analyst role. 6 months contract with potential for extension and conversion. About Our Client A company operating in the Technology & Telecoms industry based in Singapore. Job Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances between actual vs budget vs forecast. Support month-end closing activities, including accruals for OPEX and depreciation. Review CAPEX project costs and maintenance of CAPEX project documentation. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Analyst should have: At least 1 year of experience in FP&A Prior experience from Big 4 audit firms is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is a plus. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively. Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry, and/or shared services is advantageous.
