We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Finance planning, reporting, and forecasting platforms across the organization. This role will serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive scalable system solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC-P) , Impact ECS (IECS) , SQL development , and relational database concepts. This individual will be responsible for system administration, solution design, data integration, process automation, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance applications. You will also act as central support and expert of our Impact ECS product cost planning tool, provide guidance to team members, and implement solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization. The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will leverage both finance process knowledge and technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain solutions that support budgeting, forecasting, actuals reporting, allocations, and financial analytics while ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process standardization. Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance systems including SAC-P , IECS , and related reporting and planning applications. Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Test and support planning models, allocations, forecasts, reporting structures, and financial analytics. Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to support data integrations between Finance applications and enterprise data platforms. Analyze complex business and technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Support application upgrades, system enhancements, testing activities (SIT/UAT), and production deployments. Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, business requirements, and technical specifications. Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy. Provide production support, end-user training, and troubleshooting while promoting self-service capabilities within the Finance organization. Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s Degree in Finance,, Information Systems or a related field 5+ years of experience supporting Finance, FP&A, or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. Hands-on experience administering and supporting SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC-P). Hands-on experience administering and supporting Impact ECS. Strong SQL development skills including complex queries, joins, data transformations, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data models, data warehousing principles, and ETL/data integration processes. Understanding of finance and FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, allocations, actuals, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
