Job Summary You will warmly welcome customers, take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, handle cashiering, and maintain cleanliness to ensure smooth daily outlet operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere Assist customers with seating and recommend menu items based on their preferences Respond accurately to customer enquiries about menu items, ingredients, and dietary needs Take precise food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods to ensure order accuracy Coordinate orders efficiently with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Prepare takeaway and delivery orders accurately when required Handle cashiering duties including billing, cash handling, digital payments, and processing refunds securely Clear and sanitize tables, reset dining areas, and maintain overall outlet cleanliness to meet hygiene standards Comply with food hygiene and workplace safety regulations consistently Monitor stock levels for condiments, packaging, and supplies to prevent shortages Notify management promptly when stock replenishment is needed Support daily outlet operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience to manage team and operations effectively Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to lead teams and coordinate tasks efficiently Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs Customer-focused problem-solving skills to resolve service issues promptly and maintain satisfaction Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting to support operational tracking and accuracy Preferred competencies and qualifications WSQ Food Safety certification to ensure compliance with food safety standards Experience working in casual dining, café, or bar environments to adapt to similar service settings
