Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the chinese restaurant. Ensure all team members in the restaurants are familiar with the restaurant’s menu and service procedures. Establish rapport with guests and extend them with the optimum service possible. Recommend guests on our restaurant menu or offer alternatives. Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services. Assist Restaurant Manager with necessary administrative duties Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
