Maintenance Engineer (Gcw)

Position Summary Maintenance Engineer is to oversee repair and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and all property repairs through involvement and delegation with subordinates. Responsibilities Support the Chief Engineer in the daily functions of the Maintenance department Supervise delegate duties to repair and maintain all electrical / mechanical / air-conditioning equipment in the Hotel Plan, schedule and co-ordinate building mechanical and electrical maintenance works Liaise with general contractors and must ensure before commence all RA must be fully endorsed Able to carry our repair and maintain all air conditioning equipment, refrigeration, and electrical work associated with equipment Assist in the planning of budget and monthly reports To carry out shift / Split shift duties or when called upon to perform Carry out other assignments and duties as and by the Assistant Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Officer
