Responsibilities Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support recruitment efforts Coordinate onboarding and induction activities to integrate new hires effectively Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures to provide clear guidance Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs to enhance workplace culture Support performance management processes by preparing documentation and tracking progress Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement to employees Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment to support payroll and compliance Coordinate with finance to manage salary payments and deductions efficiently Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for current standards Assist in preparing audits and reports to meet regulatory compliance requirements Manage confidential employee records and maintain strict confidentiality standards Handle HR correspondence, notices, and communications to facilitate effective information flow Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
