Human Resource (HR) Manager

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements. Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development. Organize training programs and maintain training records. Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation. Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning. Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
