Manager (Training & Learning Development) - Stagmont

You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum for the Training Institute. - Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs - Design and develop training solutions - Implement and evaluate training solutions - Ensure currency of existing training materials Challenge(s) - Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation - Education in Learning and Development or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred - Experience in designing training curriculum and bite-sized content materials such as videos, slides, and infographics is preferred - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to conceptualise and develop training solutions (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
