Manager (Army Artefact & Heritage)

You will play a key role as a Project Manager in the redevelopment of the Army Museum of Singapore (ARMS), driving the project from planning through to launch while managing content, artefacts, and heritage stories that reflect the Singapore Army's history. - Facilitate the generation of content for the National Service Gallery (Army) - Lead project management of works for the redevelopment of ARMS - Conduct financial processing and administrative matters - Manage documentation, logistics, and inventory - Develop a system for managing the Singapore Army's artefacts and heritage stories across Formations - Support the planning and execution of readiness activities and the soft launch of ARMS Challenge(s) - Coordinating a high volume of concurrent workstreams and interfacing with multiple stakeholders to while ensuring project milestones are met with quality - Education in Project Management, Heritage Studies, Museum Studies, or a related field - Experience in project coordination, infrastructure works, and/or similar roles involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams is preferred - Strong organisational and time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
