Assistant Director (Medical Doctrine & Training)

You assist the Head of the Doctrine & Training (D&T) Branch in fulfilling the training mandate for all Active (Military, Defence Executive Officer, and National Serviceman Full-Time) and National Service personnel posted to the Military Medicine Institute (MMI). - Develop and review non-military related medical policies and standards - Drive the adoption and integration of medical technologies - Plan and deliver training programmes for active and National Service personnel across clinical and medical domains - Upkeep and maintain training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and doctrine documentation to reflect the latest medical knowledge and audit standards Challenge(s) - Maintaining currency across prevailing medical policies, directives, standing instructions, medical technologies, and audit standards - Upgrading personal medical knowledge and clinical skill proficiency to remain an effective and credible trainer - Education in Medicine, Healthcare or a related field is preferred - At least 6 years of relevant experience, with experience as a clinician or medical trainer in a public or private healthcare institution in Singapore being preferred - Clinical skillsets and knowledge - Ability to conduct trainings effectively - Ability to collate and interpret data Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
