Senior / Health Policy Analyst (Finance Partnerships & Governance) - Partnership

You will be working with a team on initiatives that are aligned with MOH’s efforts in containing escalating healthcare costs and keeping insurance premiums sustainable. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. You will: 1. Review and develop fee benchmarks for a range of healthcare treatments to promote fair charging practices and transparency in the private healthcare sector; 2. Work on other initiatives relating to private healthcare charges and healthcare insurance dispute resolution; and 3. Work on initiatives to resolve cross-cutting issues related to health insurance under the Multilateral Healthcare Insurance Committee. Prior experience in work involving system thinking and/or designing policies that factor in strategic communications considerations upfront • Good quantitative skills and data literacy, with knowledge of Excel; Experience with Stata or Tableau is an advantage.
