Description of Role in PTR You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives. You will help to map the overall strategic direction to drive the Families for Life movement in the community, and nurture a community-based family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life. You will plan systemic upstream intervention to build family resilience and develop localised outreach strategies to impact target families through understanding and analysing ground needs. You will also contribute to the development of evidence-based marriage and parenting resources and tools, as a support resource for families. • Set out the approach and develop strategies to drive upstream, preventive measures to increase adoption of evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes and initiatives • Design, develop and execute new programmes and initiatives or enhance existing ones for identified life segments (e.g. married couples, parents) to operationalise strategies from end-to-end • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of the residents, across different life segments, to engage and design programmes to meet their needs • Oversee service management and develop processes to ensure service delivery quality, good accessibility and programmes’ uptake • Conceptualise funding and resourcing frameworks to ensure effective ground implementation • Coordinate and track programme KPIs and efforts to ensure that the larger strategic priorities and outcomes are achieved • Excellent written, communication, and project management skills • Strong analytical, qualitative and quantitative, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills • Able to take a broad strategic perspective, without losing sight of ground considerations • Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task • Able to work, engage and communicate well with different internal and external stakeholders • A team player who is willing to commit to a fast-paced, albeit fulfilling job Work location is in Bishan.
