Job Summary Construction company requires a Quantity Surveyor to manage and monitor quantity surveying tasks, negotiate with multiple suppliers, and oversee construction materials supply chains. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities Manage and monitor quantity surveying activities to ensure accurate measurement and cost control throughout construction projects Negotiate effectively with multiple suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships Oversee the construction materials supply chain to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance Communicate clearly and professionally via emails and digital media to coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers Collaborate with project teams to support cost management and achieve project objectives Demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to achieving high performance and project success Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience of three to five years in quantity surveying within the construction industry
