Job Summary Plan, design, and construct Steel structure engineering & Erss projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance while supervising teams and preparing detailed reports and estimates. Responsibilities Plan, design, and construct steel structural civil engineering projects to meet client specifications Monitor construction progress and enforce adherence to safety regulations on site Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery Supervise and coordinate crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards Prepare detailed estimates for time and material costs to support project planning Implement quality assurance processes and uphold health and safety standards throughout construction Compile and present progress and compliance reports for various stakeholders Read and interpret technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify engineering drawings for project execution Apply welding knowledge to assess and ensure proper structural connections and integrity
