About this role
Location: Central Area Contract Period: 27 May 2026 to 26 May 2027 (1 year contract) Working Hours: Monday to Fridays: 8.30am to 6pm Job scope: Assist in processing monthly payroll and invoices Process CPF submissions and IR8A Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel files Provide administrative support, such as reimbursements, data entry, filing, and document management Handle to incoming calls and attending to visitors Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level At least 1 year of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience in payroll software preferred (eg: WhyzeHR) Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
