Academy Operation & Student Services Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Academy Operations & Student Services Executive to support training operations, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational and regulatory compliance as well as to manage student services from enquiry follow-ups and enrolment conversions through course completion to ensure a positive learner experience Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Training Administration Student Engagement & Enrolment Support Stakeholder Coordination Requisites Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Operations, or related field Experience in training administration, education operations, or regulated environments preferred Strong documentation and process-orientation mindset Ability to balance compliance, service quality, and enrolment targets Comfortable with follow-ups and student engagement in accordance with approved processes Proficient in MS Office and CRM / student management systems Strong communication and organisational skills
