About this role

Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain document control as required. To guide, motivate and mentor the Marine Safety Officer including for administrative duties and understanding the requirements. To assimilate distribution records and confirmation receipts. To maintain professional and good communication and teamwork with other staff in Office and on-board for maintaining good company synergy. Distribution of BCST and GROP messages and upload into system. Carry out other duties for the department as assigned. Provide support to Marine Superintendents for administrative requirements. Inventory of logbooks and printing requirements. Mail dispatch duties. Requirements: Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level Preferably with one to two years of relevant working experience and computer literate.
