Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description MOLLY TEA is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the brand presence in Singapore. In this role, you will take ownership of our local marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, store foot traffic, and customer loyalty for our premium floral and milk tea concept. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Lead negotiations and manage key commercial relationships Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business growth Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and management to execute growth plans Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements Monitor performance of business initiatives and report to senior management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in F&B, retail, franchise expansion, or brand development will be an advantage Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.).
