MOLLYTEA is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and data-driven Supply Chain Executive to manage the end-to-end operational flow of our premium beverage brand. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the perfect balance of inventory while minimizing waste. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Inventory Management: Process, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, customized packaging, and store consumables. Monitor daily and weekly inventory levels across all store locations and central warehousing to ensure zero stockouts on core menu items. Implement strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory tracking to closely manage the shelf-life of perishable ingredients and minimize spoilage. Vendor & Supplier Relations: Act as the main point of contact for local and international ingredient suppliers and logistics partners. Maintain and review supplier performance regarding on-time delivery, product quality, and adherence to food safety standards. Resolve immediate fulfillment issues (e.g., short-shipments, delayed deliveries, or quality discrepancies) before they affect daily store operations. Logistics & Inbound Coordination: Coordinate logistics schedules for daily/weekly deliveries to stores, ensuring cold-chain requirements are strictly met for fresh and temperature-sensitive ingredients. Assist with import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance for specialized teas or proprietary ingredients shipped from overseas hubs. Keep store management teams updated on delivery ETAs and any temporary supply constraints. Data Maintenance & Cost Analysis: Keep the inventory management and systems updated with accurate ingredient costs, lead times, and supplier details. Assist in regular physical inventory counts and audits at both the warehouse and store levels. Track supply chain KPIs, including waste percentages, cost of goods sold (COGS) fluctuations, and supplier delivery accuracy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management, ideally within the F&B industry. Basic knowledge of local food safety regulations and cold-chain handling practices. We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for more detailed discussion.
