Assistant / Reservations Sales Manager

Job Description To assist the Director of Revenue Management in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section. To manage, lead, direct and train the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in the daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks which support the hotel sales and operational needs. To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required. Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Director of Revenue Management. Requirements At least 2 years of prior experience Independent Good communications skills Able to work on shifts Prior experience with Opera is an added advantage
