Chef De Partie

We are hiring a Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific kitchen section. You must deliver authentic Kerala taste with speed and consistency for dine-in and home delivery. Key Responsibilities Station Ownership: Manage assigned section - Curry, Tandoor, Fry, or Breakfast. Full responsibility from prep to plating Cooking: Prepare authentic Kerala dishes - fish curry, meen pollichathu, beef fry, chicken roast, appam & stew, Kerala biryani, porotta, dosa, thoran, avial Prep & Mise en place: Daily prep of coconut gravies, spice blends, marinades. Minimize wastage Quality Control: Maintain taste, portion size, and presentation as per SO Hygiene: Follow SFA food safety standards. Keep station clean and organized Team Work: Coordinate with Head Chef, other CDPs and Commis during peak hours Requirements 5+ years experience as Chef de Partie / Senior Cook in Indian, South Indian, or Kerala restaurant Hands-on experience in Kerala cuisine and coconut-based cooking is a must Knowledge of SFA hygiene standards preferred Able to handle fast-paced service and long working hours Able to work long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays Basic English, Malayalam for kitchen communication
