Partner Engineer -Gaming

Our client is a leading MultiTech Social Media company. Our client is seeking an experienced Partner Engineer (Gaming) to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our gaming ecosystem by collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help drive innovation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. This is a 12 month contract role. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with gaming developer partners by leveraging technical and soft skills to address complex technical and business needs. Collaborate with product engineering teams and cross-functional partners to develop new products and enhance existing solutions that align with business objectives. Utilize product insights to deliver high-quality project implementations and influence the product roadmap to meet strategic goals. Maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and information sharing. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-quality code from technology, gaming industry. Expertise in developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable software, with strong collaboration with reviewers, clear milestones, documentation, and testing plans. Proficiency in open-source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks, and solid experience in software design and architecture. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
